My Favorite Holiday
My favorite holiday is Mid-autumn Day. Do you know why? Firstly, it’s day for family gathering. On Mid-autumn Day, families will stay together and eat a big dinner. My families always make very delicious food. After dinner, families will enjoy the beautiful full moon. We often have a good talk and eat moon cakes and fruits. For me, I like moon cakes very much. They are so tasty. Besides, the Mid-autumn Day is in autumn. It’s my favorite season.

I like the Mid-autmun Festival also because a legend .According to the legend,long time ago there was a beautiful girl called Chang 'e ,and HouYi was her husband.They loved each other deeply.But one day,Chang'e ate the elixir of life by mistake,and then flied to the moon. That is the widely known story of The Goddess Chang's fly to the moon. My Spring Festival
My Spring Festival was great.
我的春節(jié)棒極了
Before the Chinese New Year, my families were all going to my grandparents’.
在新年前，我們一家都到了爺爺奶奶家
Many of my relatives there were playing all the night.
許多親戚都在這兒玩了通宵
At night, we set off firecrackers. The voice was very loud, cars parked far from us were sounding.
在晚上，我們放鞭炮。鞭炮的聲音很響，停得遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)的車也被震響了
Maybe they feared the voice too.

The first day of the Chinese New Year, we all got up early.
新年第一天，我們起來(lái)得很早
We said “Happy New Year!” or “Good luck this year!” to each other and get money from them. We visited our relatives all day.

That made me feel very tired but very happy because I also can get money.

The second day of the New Year, I slept during the morning.

In the afternoon, I went to the beautiful countryside, and visited the Yi River, it is very wide, about 1 kilometer.

Next day, we left my grandparents’ home for Qingdao.

The expressway had been frozen.

So we could only run by at a slow speed.
