小學(xué)英語(yǔ)四年級(jí)下冊(cè)教學(xué)計(jì)劃

一、基本情況分析

本學(xué)期從事的是四年級(jí)下冊(cè)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)。雖然和學(xué)生之間比較熟悉,但是由于對(duì)教材的內(nèi)容還是很生疏,導(dǎo)致了進(jìn)入狀態(tài)有點(diǎn)困難,好在學(xué)生通過(guò)上學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程,自我進(jìn)入角色很快,也能明確老師的要求。這是我比較欣慰的。

但同時(shí),班上仍然存在較大的問(wèn)題:

(1)思想成熟,行為習(xí)慣較差。因此,盡管學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),但是整體效果并不理想。新學(xué)期初,很多學(xué)生的精神面貌較差,比較懶散,教學(xué)常規(guī)上仍需加強(qiáng);

(2)自我中心。大部分都是獨(dú)生子女,自我意識(shí)比較強(qiáng)烈,很少為其他人著想;

(3)分化嚴(yán)重。該班兩級(jí)分化較為嚴(yán)重,學(xué)困生有增多趨勢(shì);

(4)少數(shù)學(xué)生個(gè)性特別,受壓能力弱,甚至?xí)蠋煂?duì)抗,需高度注意。

總的來(lái)說(shuō),無(wú)論從教材還是從學(xué)生來(lái)講,該班都給了我一個(gè)很大的挑戰(zhàn)。但是,我相信付出定有收獲。

1、根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際,督促學(xué)生記憶單詞,每課的新單詞必須在課堂上聽(tīng)寫(xiě),爭(zhēng)取做到課課過(guò)關(guān)。指定學(xué)習(xí)相對(duì)落后的學(xué)生批改四人小組的單詞聽(tīng)寫(xiě),在批改中記憶單詞。善用每月的詞匯競(jìng)賽,及時(shí)予以獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),增強(qiáng)學(xué)生記憶單詞的積極性。

2、延續(xù)上學(xué)期以來(lái)的評(píng)比方式,以課堂評(píng)比、貼畫(huà)、表?yè)P(yáng)信和小禮物為載體,多鼓勵(lì)表?yè)P(yáng),少批評(píng),激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力和興趣。另外,學(xué)生的書(shū)面及口頭作業(yè)也納入獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)范圍,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。
